Nod

Terms of Use

Last updated October 24, 2026

Nod guides short neck and shoulder routines. It is a wellness app, not medical care. Nod Plus renews automatically until you cancel in your Apple ID settings.

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Jordan Gaston (“we”), the maker of Nod: Neck Pain Relief (“Nod”). By using Nod, you accept them. Your license to use Nod is governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to it.

You must be at least 18 to use Nod.

Not medical advice

Nod is a wellness app, not medical advice. It doesn’t diagnose or treat any condition, and it doesn’t replace a doctor or physical therapist.

You choose whether and how to do each move. You use Nod at your own risk.

Your data

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Your health answers stay on your phone.

Acceptable use

Use Nod only for your own personal, lawful use. Don’t copy, resell, reverse engineer or interfere with the app or its servers.

Our content

We own the app, its routines, videos, audio and text. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use them through the app.

Disclaimers and liability

Nod is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, and we are not liable for any injury, or for indirect or consequential damages, that comes from using Nod. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Nod in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes and ending

We may update Nod and these terms. If we make a material change, we will post it here and change the date at the top. If you keep using Nod after that, you accept the new terms. You can stop at any time by deleting the app and cancelling your subscription.
